As we all know, a glass top dining table adds beauty and elegance in any house. But it is just the most annoying thing when it comes down to cleaning it. I know most of you just feel there is no way that you can make your glass top dining table shine as it did when you first bought it. Well, think again. Not only such a method exists, but it is also eco friendly. And the most important part is that it is much cheaper than using any cleaning product out there as they all cost a small fortune and no one has money to waste these days.

There are three easy, cheap and eco friendly ways you can use to make you glass top dining table shine again like it’s new. They are all traditional methods that have been successfully used throughout the years by our grandparents and great-grandparents.

Probably the most well known method for cleaning your glass top dining table without any expensive products is using newspaper. The texture of this kind of paper is such, that it doesn’t leave any lint behind in comparison to cleaning towels. If you want it to be spotless, I would also recommend wetting the newspaper with vinegar. Vinegar can be used in many cases as a cleaning product as it can burn away fat or anything that you need gone from your glass top dining table. Vinegar can be beneficial even if you don’t use it on a newspaper.

As we all know from television commercials, when it comes to cleaning, steam works wonders. You can clean your whole house using steam and it works exceptionally well with glass surfaces. So as you understand steam is another way to get your glass top dining table smear free once again. Use it and you will see yourselves.

The last method I’m going to propose is the simplest one. Lemon! I know it sounds weird but trust me, mix half a lemon with a small bottle of water and pour the mix into a spray bottle. Use that for cleaning your glass top dining table and even for every other surface that has stains you can’t get rid of. One thing I can guarantee is that your glass top dining table will look perfect.

So go ahead. Surprise your guests, friends or family with your new cleaning techniques. Make your glass top dining table look spotless once again and just relax and enjoy the compliments.
